Inventory PlannerPlans and coordinates inventory requirements for Production and Aftermarket warehouses to meet sales and distribution demand. Analyzes and adjusts inventory levels, scheduled and unscheduled inventory demand, planned service orders and forecasted material requirements. Provides timely and accurate input to inventory replenishment systems. Coordinates with Production and Service Center personnel, purchasing and warehouse personnel to ensure appropriate routing, scheduling and storing of materials.
Aircraft PainterGENERAL SUMMARY Paints aircraft interior, exterior and piece parts. Prepares for painting by masking, stripping, washing aircraft sections and components. Blends and mixes paints, inks, and coatings to proper spraying consistency. Performs detail and touch-ups. Sets-up and coordinates processes for painting production parts.
Supplier Quality EngineerGENERAL SUMMARY Plans, organizes, directs and reports on all supplier quality-related activities. Translates engineering, manufacturing and quality requirements. Assures that customer quality-imposed technical requirements are adhered to by supplier and that a quality system is maintained. Conducts programs designed to improve supplier performance, productivity, and process validation. Prepares, maintains and reviews procurement quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer requirements. Reviews and analyzes corrective action reports, non-conforming reports and purchase orders in an effort to reduce and eliminate defects. Monitors quality control activities and systems at supplier and subcontractor facilities, and maintains feedback loops.
Production EngineerThis position will primarily be responsible creating manufacturing work instructions, coordinating with configuration management, implementing design changes into production, and developing and implementing manufacturing and tooling strategies in conjunction with other production and engineering functions. It will require analyzing specifications, engineering drawings, bills of material, and other design data.
Manager, Primary AssemblyThe Manager, Primary Assembly is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of manufacturing positions mainly related to assembly of the primary structure of the aircraft, consisting of multiple manufacturing technicians in each position. The Manager will be responsible for all aspects of performance for their positions, including safety, quality, cost and schedule performance and personnel management. The Manager will determine sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority. The Manager will be expected to monitor associates’ work levels and review work performance.
